Nick Guttridge (born 1975) is a location photographer working from the UK worldwide.

'I grew up in a family with several generations of architects who ran their own practice. I completed a BA in Product Design from Central Saint Martins in 1997. After graduating, I found myself assisting prominent architectural photographers. Within a short time I was accepting commissions of my own.'

Nick is now considered as an established architectural and interiors photographer/videographer, having been fortunate to be commissioned by many eminent practices.

‘My main role is to help both large and small architectural practices raise their profiles. Through carefully composed and illuminated imagery.'

In 2014 Nick was introduced to dance photography through a commission to document Rambert by Allies and Morrison. Rambert is the UK's most established contemporary dance company. This has developed into an unexpected and very rewarding new tangent in his career. Nick has continued to collaborate with Rambert and also works with dancers from Studio Wayne McGregor and Ballet Black.

'I'm slightly unusual as an architectural photographer, because I have developed lighting skills in the studio to freeze movement at 1/1000th of a second. I've also had to learn how to work with dancers and models and larger production crews.

This proficiency has enabled me to accept advertising commissions which combine movement, interiors and lighting.'

3) COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS.
The entire copyright in the Imagery including ownership of all materials is retained by the Photographer at all times throughout the world. Fees are based on a Usage Licence specified on the Estimate. In the absence of such a licence having been specified in writing, there is no usage granted whatsoever. Changes to the Usage Licence required must be negotiated with the photographer. For the period specified the Usage Licence is granted exclusively, aside from Photographer’s self promotional purposes. 4) USAGE.
The Usage Licence comes into effect from the date of full payment of the relevant invoice(s). The period of usage commences from date of first use(or 6 months after shoot date, whichever is sooner). Note: An agreement must be reached with the Photographer in writing before the Imagery is used for other purposes. All further Licences in respect of the Photographs will be subject to these terms and conditions.
