Located between Edgware Road and Lisson Grove, Fisherton Street is a residential development providing a mix of affordable and private homes.Developed by Linkcity and the City of Westminster, designed by architects
Flanagan Lawrence and interior designers FLINT, the scheme also includes a community space and sports centre, adding to the diversity and distinctiveness consolidating its role in the regeneration of the area.
Of the 171 modern new homes 109 are for private sale and 62 are designated affordable, including 12 affordable townhouses.

The Carrick Yard site was a former coal yard serving the Marylebone Station hub established by the Great Central Railway Company in 1899. The interior design concept was inspired from the site's industrial past as well as Andrew Carrick Gow, a Royal Academy member, local artist and prominent late 19th Century resident of the area.
